Festival Guide

  • Conditions of Entry

    – You must be 18 years and over to attend the event
    – Festival wristbands must be worn at all times, they can not be replaced if lost or damaged.
    – Sound/video recording is not permitted without prior written consent
    – It is a condition of entry that all bags will be searched before entry
    – Guests are not to be intoxicated upon entry

  • Act Responsible

    Queenstown is one of the most beautiful destinations in the world and should be treated with respect.
    – Put your rubbish in a rubbish or recycling bin or take home with you.
    – Do not drink to excess
    – Do not bring or take drugs at any Snow Machine event, it is against the law and you could incur fines and/or jail time

  • Be Snow Safe

    – Act responsibility when on the mountain to avoid injury to yourself and others. It is strongly recommended to take out travel insurance, in case of any accidents or emergencies whilst overseas.
    – Dress appropriately for the conditions, a sunny Spring day can turn quickly so it is best to be prepared for all weather conditions

  • Tickets & Information

    An official Snow Machine ticket office will be located in the centre of Queenstown. Staff will be on hand to exchange wristbands, answer any questions and assist with any issues you may have.

  • Covid Policy

    Snow Machine is committed to creating a safe and fun event for all. We are working with The New Zealand Ministry of Health to ensure all Covid-19 safety measures are in place.

  • Late Night Parties

    Some local bars and clubs will host after parties well into the night, please be respectful of others and keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving a venue and your lodgings.

  • Merchandise

    Official Snow Machine merchandise will be available for purchase at numerous locations throughout the festival.

  • Smoke Free Event

    Snow Machine Queenstown aims to provide a clean and smoke-free environment at all events.

  • Look After Your Mates

    Take care of each other, both on the slopes and into the night. Most importantly HAVE FUN!
