TURTLE FUNK

Turtle Funk are a funky four piece featuring an international mix of musicians from New Zealand and Brazil. Think summer vibes, warm sand under your feet, a gentle breeze and chilled out tunes. When the sun goes down, the band switches up a gear with tight, upbeat bangers by artists like Bob Marley, Bruno Mars, Sublime and Stevie Wonder. Their songlist also includes many of NZ’s most beloved tunes, with songs by artists like Six60, The Black Seeds, Tiki Taane and Katchafire. Performing as a trio (Guitar / Bass / Drums) or a four piece (add sax/trumpet), Turtle Funk are the band for your sun-soaked summer wedding, party or event.
